You can visit these website, look at most of the galleries and obtain information on my photo-shootings not providing us any personal data.

If you want to go ahead, any personal information will be used in respect of the Belgian’s legal provision meaning the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What means GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU and EEA areas. The GDPR aims primarily to give control to individuals over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU.
Superseding the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC, the regulation contains provisions and requirements pertaining to the processing of personal data of individuals (formally called data subjects in the GDPR) inside the European Union, and applies to an enterprise established in the EU or—regardless of its location and the data subjects' citizenship—that is processing the personal data of people inside the EU. Controllers of personal data must put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to implement the data protection principles.

Application scope

Photography is my pastime and doesn’t fall within the scope of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
On the other hand, the respect of your private life is really important for me. As I will collect some information (via for instance the questionnaire, an event registration) and These data will be processed by adapting myself as closely as possible to the provisions of the GDPR.

I am committed to respect the below principles:

• Personal data (surname, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and all similar data) can only be collected and processed by me responding to any request related to the photos (published or waiting time) as well as photo shoots, to send you a newsletter (if subscribers) or to answer any request for information / services (from you).
• It is also possible that some of your personal data may be requested as part of an event registration form. In this case, the information collected will only be used as part of the organisation of the event concerned.
• In any case, personal data will not be communicated to third parties or used for commercial purposes including outside the European Economic Area.
• Personal data will only be retained for the duration associated with the stated purpose with a maximum of 2 years.
• By requesting, via the email address smlcol@smlcol.com, and by justifying your identity (copy of identity card), you have the right to obtain the free communication of data concerning you, taken by the website. You may also request the correction or deletion of data about you that is incomplete, irrelevant or inaccurate.
